MVP - My Victory Pathway

We respect your privacy  1.1 MVP – My Victory Pathway (“we”, “our”, “the App”) respects your right to privacy and  is committed to protecting the personal information of all users, including children and young athletes. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and applicable child-protection and online-safety laws. 1.2 “Personal information” means information that identifies you or could reasonably  identify you.  

2. Collection of personal information  2.1 We may collect personal information you enter into the MVP - App, provided directly  to us, or submitted through other interactions.  2.2 Because MVP is a sports and wellbeing app, information we may collect includes but is not limited to: 

• Name, age, parent/guardian contact details 

• Email address or login details 

• Wellbeing check-ins, reflections, goals, or journal entries 

• Sports participation details (e.g., team, training habits, achievements)  

• Photos uploaded  

• Feedback, survey responses, or communication preferences  

• Information provided to customer support  

2.3 We may also collect any other information you provide while interacting with us.  

3. How we collect your personal information  3.1 We collect information when you:  

• Use the MVP - App  

• Complete journal entries, goals or sports-related activities  • Interact with us electronically or in person  

• Communicate with our support team  

• Use third-party services integrated into the App if applicable  

We may receive information from third parties and will protect it according to this Policy.  

4. Use of your personal information  4.1 We use your information to:  

• Support your sports statistics, mindset, and wellbeing journey

• Understand usage patterns to improve user experience  4.2 The App includes community or team-based features, any information you choose  to share may be visible to others. We encourage children to share safely and involve a  parent or guardian.  4.3 We may contact you or your parent/guardian via email, SMS, push notifications, or  mail.  

5. Disclosure of your personal information  5.1 We may disclose your information to employees, contractors, service providers,  insurers, professional advisers, or subcontractors when necessary to deliver our  services.  5.2 We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, including court  orders, warrants, or law enforcement requests.  5.3 We may use your information to protect the rights, safety, and wellbeing of MVP  users—especially children.  5.4 Your information may be stored or processed in countries outside Australia. We  ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.  5.5 If our business undergoes a change of control or asset transfer, user information  may be transferred under confidentiality obligations.  5.6 By providing personal information, you consent to the disclosures outlined in this  Policy.

Security of your personal information  6.1 We use physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect your information  from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access.  6.2 While we take reasonable steps to secure your information, no method of  transmission is completely secure. You transmit information at your own risk.  

7. Access to your personal information  7.1 You or your parent/guardian may request access to the personal information we  hold.  Requests can be made via: admin@mvp-app.com  7.2 We may refuse access in circumstances permitted under the Privacy Act.  

8. Complaints about privacy  8.1 If you have concerns about our privacy practices, please email us at admin@mvp app.com.au  

9. Opt-out rights  9.1 You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the App at any time.  

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy  10.1 We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately  upon posting on our website or within the App.  

11. Software Application  11.1 Application usage data  When you use MVP, we may collect:  

• Device model and operating system  

• Unique device identifiers  

• IP address

• Wellbeing and sports-related activity interactions  

This helps us improve performance and tailor wellbeing and sports features.  11.2 Cookies  We may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance your experience. You may  disable cookies in your device settings, but some features may not function fully.  11.3 Automatic collection  The App may automatically collect:  

• Device type  

• Device ID  

• IP address  

• Operating system  

• Browser type  

• Usage behaviour  

11.4 Third-party links  MVP may contain links to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for their  privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.  11.5 Geo-location  With your permission, we may use GPS or similar technology to support sports-related  features (e.g., training logs, location-based challenges).  We do not share your location with third parties without consent.  

12. Google Play Compliance  

We comply with: 

• Google Play User Data Policy  

• Google Play Data Safety Form  

• Google Play Families Policy (required because children use the App)  

• Restrictions on sensitive permissions (camera, photos, microphone, location)  

• Clear disclosure of data collection and purpose  

We request permissions only when required for core MVP functionality.  

13. Apple iOS / App Store Compliance  

We comply with:  

• Apple App Privacy Details (App Store “nutrition label”)  

• Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)  

• Apple Kids Category rules (required because children use the App)  

• Restrictions on device fingerprinting and cross-app tracking  

We do not track users across apps or websites without explicit permission.  

14. Children’s Privacy & Child Protection  

MVP is designed to support young athletes, youth wellbeing, and positive development.  

We comply with:  

• COPPA-style protections for children under 13  

• Australian Online Safety Act  

• Google Play Families Policy  

• Apple Kids Category Guidelines  

14.1 If the App is used by children:  

• We do not collect personal information from children without parental consent  

• We do not use behavioural or targeted advertising  

• We limit data collection to what is necessary for core wellbeing and sports  features  

• Parents/guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s  data  

• We encourage safe digital behaviour and positive online interactions  If you believe a child has provided personal information without consent, contact us immediately.
